olives
green or black, whichever you prefer

medium red bell pepper

marinated artichokes
chopped

cup
crumbled feta cheese

fresh basil
Dressing
¼
cup
olive oil

tbsp
red wine vinegar

tsp
Italian herb mix

garlic cloves minced
Pinch
of salt and pepper
Instructions
Add salad ingredients into a large bowl
Whisk together dressing ingredients and pour over top of bean mixture

(make a large batch, it’s even better the next day)
