Preheat oven to 375 F.
Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Stir in cheese and green onions and divide evenly into 12 well-greased muffin tins.
Bake approximately 12-15 minutes.
Run a thin knife around the edge of each cup and remove the frittatas.
Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy.
Pop them in freezer when completely cool for those grab-and-go mornings.
