Spinach and strawberry salad

Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 6 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup soft goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts can substitute walnuts or sliced almonds
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries

Dressing

  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 TBSP raspberry vinegar
  • 1 TBSP balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, wisk dressing ingredients together. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, toss salad ingredients together with dressing ingredients.
